Womens
Womens training is held on Tuesday 6pm to 7.30pm at Illawarra Hockey Centre, Waples Rd, Unanderra. Womens teams play at four different venues Unanderra, Albion Park, University and Shoalhaven on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons.
